Loads of ales and spirits to choose from, and there's a good old fashioned pub feel. Friendly staff serve you with a smile, the atmosphere is great, and there are plenty of TVs for sports. 5☆

I was there to see Red Stone River Acoustic. The band were excellent, playing a good variety of classic rock, and the acoustics were good. It's a clean, comfortable place with a nice bar, pleasant staff and reasonable prices.

It's a quiet little pub, and there's free wifi if you want to sit with your laptop and have a drink. It has a slightly frozen-in-time feel, which could appeal to some. Not really my kind of place, though, as I prefer somewhere livelier. Still, it's not a bad choice for a quiet drink.
