The annex is lovely and luxurious, and the hot tub really tops it off. We've stayed here several times already and are looking forward to coming back again. Definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed the village, with plenty of places to eat and some nice walks close by. The hosts have thought of everything, and the place is furnished to a really high standard. The hot tub was amazing too.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and Bedale is only about a five-minute walk away, with a few pubs to try. It's a quiet spot, the photos are just what you get, and the hot tub is nice and big. Would recommend.

Andrew was a great help with arranging cakes and balloons to surprise my partner for his 50th, and even drilled a new hole in his belt for us. The place itself is gorgeous, with a huge hot tub. It's about a five-minute walk into Bedale, and even less to a lovely riverside cafe for breakfast. We also appreciated the thoughtful treats, Prosecco, chocolate, biscuits and crisps. Can't recommend it enough!

The hot tub was fantastic, and breakfast was great. We had such a relaxing weekend together, and all the little touches and care with the details made the place feel special. The hosts were fabulous. We'll definitely be back, thank you so much x
