I spent two years here, and it was the worst decision of my life. There’s no parking, crime is a problem around the place, and the rent is ridiculous. The surroundings are terrible too. The lift keeps breaking down, and they often refuse to fix it even though people with newborns live on the higher floors. The landlord was terrible, took ages to respond to repair requests, and the landlords are very inconsiderate and unhelpful. Living here is a nightmare. Go anywhere else.

The flats themselves are very nice, but the lift light has been broken for more than a week. There are steps just inside the entrance, so it's not suitable for disabled people or very young children. Parking isn't available: the car park belongs to the big block of flats 'the heights'. They issue tickets quickly and get the length of stay wrong. My mother-in-law was there for less than 20 minutes to help us move in and unload, but got a ticket claiming she'd been parked for 3 hours.

The lift is a nightmare if you live on the upper floors. It stops working every other week or so, takes ages to get repaired, and nobody takes responsibility. There are barely any parking spaces, and the entrance to the car park is often blocked by people parked in the wrong places.

It's clean and nice, but parking is very limited. People illegally park and nearly block the entrance, the rental agency takes hardly any responsibility, and the rubbish is rarely cleared on time. Think twice before renting.
