It didn't feel like good value for money. Five rooms share one bathroom, and the shower was lukewarm at best. There's no tea or coffee making setup outside the shared kitchen. From the information we got on arrival, that kitchen was only for preparing things we'd brought ourselves.
The landlord was really nice, and the room came with drinks, snacks, cereal and chilled water. I had a very enjoyable stay and thought it was excellent value. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quite hot, but that was to be expected during the heat wave when it was 28C.
The host was friendly and helpful, and the house was cosy and very clean. There’s a shared bathroom with a bath, plus a separate shower room. The kitchen was fully working, with a fridge and dining table. I'd come back again. Thanks!
The room was clean and comfortable, with unlimited tea, coffee, and bottled water. Breakfast was available if we wanted it. The catch is that this place has five double bedrooms sharing just one communal toilet.
The smell in the room was foul, and there was smeared faeces on the back of the door. Absolutely appalling. I wouldn’t give this place even one star.
