I had a small single room, but it had what I needed for a short stay, and the shower was really powerful. The staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. I liked the hotel’s rock and roll style, if that’s the right way to put it. Getting inside before checking in was difficult, though. Mostly a good stay.

We booked at the last minute, my son and I, and were immediately taken with the hotel’s look. The place was spotless throughout, with a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was just right, with the bed made, towels provided, and tea and coffee ready. The bathroom was beautifully kept too, with soap, shower gel and shampoo, and no sign of dirt or mould. Thanks for such a lovely welcome, 10/10.

I first stayed here in 2023 and have been back two or three nights a week ever since. The rooms are great, the food is good, and there’s a nice bar. Above all, the staff are brilliant and friendly. Still a super hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The Thai food was excellent, and there was a great atmosphere throughout. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and did everything they could to meet our needs. It’s handy for Bedford town centre, so I’ll happily book again next time I’m in Bedford. Cheers to the chef, and thank you.
