We got married at Woodlands Manor three weeks ago, and it was such a happy, beautiful day. The staff were a huge part of making it that way. Frankie, our main contact and co-ordinator, was absolutely brilliant from the planning right through the day. She and her team had everything organised and guided us throughout. Our ceremony and reception were both at the Manor, where the staff were welcoming, attentive, and very polite. Many of our guests stayed there, including families with young children, who were well catered for. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The Manor sits in beautiful grounds. It rained in the morning, but the weather had cleared by mid-morning and we could take pictures outside. We'd recommend Woodlands Manor to anyone planning a wedding.

Woodland Manor put on a surprise party for my husband's 65th birthday and were so helpful and accommodating while arranging everything. They kept looking after us beautifully throughout. The Autograph Room was lovely and didn't need much decoration. Our guests were served tasty, nicely presented food, piping hot and quickly. The beds were very comfortable, though the bedrooms could use some maintenance here and there. The rooms were lovely and toasty with no problems from the central heating. Breakfast could have been a bit smarter, but most people enjoyed it. The hotel felt cosy, the staff were warm and friendly, and the location was beautiful and secluded. Full marks all round!

Warm hospitality from Raaj and his team made this second visit to Woodland Manor Hotel special. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The venue and grounds are stunning, the food is consistently excellent, and breakfast was fantastic, with plenty to choose from and everything cooked perfectly. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, modern, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. I'm already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend Woodland Manor.

We had a brilliant Xmas party here, and it's an excellent place to eat and stay. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was in the bathroom of room 16: tiles around the bath had blown, and a small leak from the bath screen was getting onto the floor. Nothing major, and I'll definitely return. They also accept cash, which is another reason to come. 4 stars!

I found Woodlands Manor online and was pleased with the choice. My colleague from Germany and I stayed two nights on a business trip and held interviews during the day and evening. Staff were very accommodating and set up quiet spaces for us to meet people. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were very nice, with great service. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making us feel so welcome.
