Weston Lawns Lodges

The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout a very busy memorial gathering, and they certainly earned my admiration. Hundreds of people were there, with long queues at the bar, but the staff kept working hard to serve everyone. They brought us complimentary coffees and came quickly to help us use the lift when we were leaving. We attended a private function at Weston Lawns after a memorial service for my partner’s cousin at Nuneaton Crematorium. Her aunt was with us in a wheelchair, so we needed lift access to the first-floor event. I went to ask about it and met Eavie, who was on her first day. She said there was a lift at the other end of the buildings and offered to find out how to reach it. She came back with a door code and key, then guided us through the ground floor to a single wheelchair lift. Eavie met us upstairs and showed us out from behind the bar so we could join my partner. It’s a lovely location, with balconies overlooking the arena where horse shows take place, and the bar runs the full width of the room. I’d fully recommend the venue. My one concern is access for people with mobility issues: the first-floor lift is in a locked staff area behind the bar, so a staff member has to help, and the only toilets, including the disabled facilities, seem to be on the ground floor.

Denise made planning easy and was wonderful to work with. Nothing was ever a problem for her, and our guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was. We had our UK wedding reception here and were so pleased with it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made the whole reception amazing. Thank you all x

Our guests loved both the wedding and the venue. Denise, Kirsty and the team were fantastic and so friendly, making sure the tables stayed clean throughout. The equestrian shows are a particular reason to visit, and there’s also a great conference room for parties with excellent views across the lawns. There’s a cafe on the ground floor with regular menus as well as menus for special events.
