Citygate Apartment

We had a very comfortable bed, plus an iron, ironing board and washing machine. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of crockery, pots, pans and glasses. The apartment also felt spacious, secure and well set up, with private off-street parking included. Its position was handy for seeing the sights during our three nights in Belfast. The flat was tidy, clean and had good equipment, but we had neither heating nor hot water. Since we checked in after office hours, there was no emergency number to call, and we couldn't get either problem sorted. The allocated parking space was too short for a regular-length car. Also, although the main entrance was secure, the rear door from the car park stayed unlocked throughout our visit.

We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. The location was great, with all the sights within walking distance, and it was very quiet at night. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, plus a free parking space. The building felt a bit sketchy and wasn't what I'd expected. There were a couple of small things inside too: only two mugs, and the area under the sofa hadn't been swept in a while.

Four of us spent a long weekend last week in the two-bedroom flat. It was clean, tidy and well equipped, and the location worked well for us. We loved the place and would happily stay again. I'd definitely recommend it.
