I normally wouldn't write this, but our first family holiday feels ruined. I have three sons, two with autism, and the children were behaving well. As soon as we arrived, they were excited, and a neighbour from downstairs came up twice, swearing at my husband in front of them. It was shocking. The owner then told us to be quiet, and came out again the next day. We were told not to bang doors, even though they have springs and we couldn't really help that. We felt so bad staying there that we had to go out even when we were tired, and my kids couldn't make a sound. I've never felt so embarrassed. My children were good, considering they're autistic, and being cursed at was completely wrong. We paid a good bit to stay, yet were told not to make noise walking or closing doors. Don't book if you have a family.

We're still staying here, but I can already say this is the best apartment you can find in Belfast. It's clean, cosy, nicely decorated and big enough for four. The kitchen and the rest of the place have everything you need. I highly recommend it, very, very good.

The apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean, with a great location. The people were wonderfully friendly. Nothing negative to say.

It's a nice, small flat in a nice location. The mattress was far too soft, though, to the point where you could feel the bed.

The apartment was very well equipped and extremely clean, and I found it really comfortable. Getting to the city was easy too.
