The location is brilliant, close to everything, and the rooms were tidy and clean. The hotel surroundings were quiet too. I made a silly mistake and booked a weekend in march, thinking I'd chosen the dates we were arriving, but the reception ladies changed it for us without any trouble. They also gave us complimentary drinks, an activity pack for our son, and an upgrade. Couldn't recommend them enough. 10/10, we'll definitely be back.

Kian was working as the bartender and had such a personality, he was made for hospitality and is a credit to the hotel. The lobby is gorgeous, somewhere you could sit and chat, enjoy a coffee, or read a book. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a short stay in belfast. The location was good; we took taxis to the bars at night and to the shopping area, though it's within walking distance. My sister has mobility issues, so walking there wasn't an option for her. The service and cleanliness were 10/10, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the beds were so comfortable. The pillows were perhaps a bit too soft, but that's personal preference.

The staff really made our stay easy. Every person we dealt with was genuine and cared about our safety and needs. It was our first trip to Belfast, and we thought the hotel was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. The food was excellent too: we had lunch, and those were the best sandwiches we've tasted. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. We'd highly recommend it and will stay here again when we return to Belfast.

We loved the King Suite and its roomy, spotless space and lovely decor. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath, which was a great touch. Decaf coffee pods and fresh bottled water were put out each day, something I really appreciated. My boyfriend and I spent three nights here and can't wait to return. Every staff member was lovely and genuinely cared about our requests. The location was good, about a 10 minute drive from Victoria Square shopping centre. Since my boyfriend is an IHG Rewards member, we were able to have a late checkout, which made things more relaxing. We had breakfast each morning, always delicious, in a calm atmosphere. We also had dinner one evening, and it was incredible, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Highly recommend! :)
