The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a huge range of options, and the staff were warm and helpful. The location is very convenient for Belfast's sights too. I was given this stay as a gift, and it turned into an incredible experience. Our room was spectacular, beautifully designed, spotless and exceptionally comfortable. The sitting area felt warm and inviting as soon as we walked in. The bathroom was unlike any I've seen, luxurious, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The whole stay was memorable and exceeded every expectation. A big thank you!

The location was great for our event at Waterfront Hall, and reception staff at check-in and checkout were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant staff were too. Our city-view room was fine and came with water, tea and coffee, slippers and dressing gowns. The car park, though, was extremely tight. What spoiled the night was the family in the room next door, which had an adjoining door. They were very loud and banged on the door twice. We called reception, and someone went up to speak to them. It quieted down for about 10 minutes, then the shouting started again. When we called a second time after about an hour, someone came up, stood outside and left without doing anything. My husband, two kids and I were awake until well after 3am, when the neighbours finally stopped shouting and throwing up and went to sleep. We left early just to get home and rest. After paying several hundred pounds for one night and not being able to sleep, I don't think we'd ever stay here again. The noise complaint was handled very poorly.

The room was spacious, with very comfortable furniture and bed, and a lovely view over the Lagan. Staff were really lovely when we checked in for our anniversary night. The bathroom was modern and a good standard, with exceptional lighting. There were just a few marks on the bath and a little mould or dirt around the glass shower panel grout. We had tea and coffee, a kettle and a mini fridge, but no bottled water, just two mugs and the tea and coffee.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but I had several problems. I was charged £44 after checkout for the second guest. I hadn't been told about the charge when I explained that two of us were staying. I'd booked the room with my flight to visit my partner, as a one-person room-only booking, and the website showed no difference between single and double occupancy rates for room only. I wasn't offered a refund, only an apology. One day we left late, at 2.30pm, and put a sign on the door asking for service when we went out. The room wasn't serviced. Around 10pm, we went to No4 grill and were asked if we wanted food. We said yes, but when we asked for dessert in the same conversation, staff said they had to check with the chefs. Then they told us to order room service instead because they wanted to pack up, with an extra £10 tray charge. Room service is very limited, with only two overnight dinner options. On Sunday evening, one had run out. We were only told about the £10 tray fee at checkout.

We had a river-side room with huge windows and a good view of the Samson and Goliath cranes that built the Titanic. The location was very convenient: about a 15-minute walk from the train station, where the airport bus terminates, seven minutes from City Hall, about the same to the mall, and right next to the convention centre. The City Airport was around a 10-minute Uber ride away. The staff and location are top-notch, and we had an excellent stay. The desk team were thorough and made us feel welcome. The Executive Lounge hostesses were responsive and focused on guests. Breakfast staff were equally good at dining check-in, and the floor staff paid attention to what people needed. My Diamond status gave me access to the lounge beside reception. The hostess changed up the mini desserts and finger foods on the nights we were there. I had the local beer, and my wife tried the sweet wine she recommended. It got busy but never felt crowded. The dining room felt grand, and breakfast was more than sufficient without being over the top. It made for a classy, memorable meal. Good rooms and an excellent restaurant too. This has to be the best hotel in Belfast, and it's why I choose Hilton for business and family trips.
