The Property Management team responded when I contacted them and offered a partial refund, though given the price and the condition I would have wanted a full refund. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was mould in several rooms, the place was dirty, the neighbors were noisy and the windows were damaged.

The apartment is near the city centre, with a super-market and café close by. We thought it might be just right for our Belfast trip when we booked, but on arrival the state of the place was hard to accept. It was seriously dirty, with major mold problems in several rooms, not just a little dust here and there. I'll add pictures to show what I mean. With a proper cleaning it could be a good deal. In its current condition in February 2023, I can't recommend anyone stay there.

Location is the only thing this apartment has going for it. It was really dirty and smelled awful, with hair, food and other leftovers from the previous tenants. There was so much mold too. Have a look at the pictures, they say more than words.

The only good thing was that the sticky floor made it hard to fall over. Everything else was dirty, moldy and awful. You couldn't close the back door, the kettle was filthy, and even the coffee was moldy. The bathroom was the worst, with more mold than I've ever seen in a room, and even the doors were moldy. The blankets hadn't been washed either and had yellow stains. Looking for somewhere nice in Belfast? Don't choose this place. It's not even fit for a £5 stay. Just sleep on the street.
