The service was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The food is amazing, clearly fresh and homemade, and the portions are just right. I'm honestly obsessed with the pancakes. The complimentary pastries were a lovely touch too. Such a great brunch experience, I'll definitely be back!

We spent a week at Regency House over Christmas, and it was the best hotel stay I've ever had. The team were lovely and got the balance right between being helpful and giving us space. They arranged airport transfers, brought breakfast to our suite each morning, made bar reservations and helped with more besides. We stayed in the Mayor's suite, which was so spacious and comfortable it felt like a luxury two-bedroom apartment. The decor was stunning, with the original features kept, and the team had even put up a 10-foot Christmas tree in the living area. Between us, we tried the whole breakfast menu and liked every dish. I had eggs Benedict twice and would definitely recommend it. The brand-new gym is modern and well equipped. It isn't huge, but has everything you need for a full strength-training session. There's also a sauna and hot tub, which we didn't have time to use over our busy Christmas, but we'll be back to try them. We originally booked another hotel, then spotted the 25% off offer for a week-long stay and took a chance. I'm so glad we did. I can't recommend Regency House highly enough and can't wait to return.

The food was lovely and the service was attentive when we had brunch here on Sunday. We’d booked for 12, though, and the email said we had the table until 1:15, presumably because another booking was due at 1:30. At 12:55, after we’d finished eating and decided not to order anything else, we were politely asked to move, with another table upstairs offered. It’s fine for a meal, but I wouldn’t choose it for a relaxed catch-up if you can’t keep the table for even an hour.

The rooms were a highlight, with comfortable modern touches alongside timeless design, beautiful furnishings, soft lighting, and plush bedding. Even the scent made the room feel like a retreat. At The Regency in Belfast, the elegance starts at the architecture and carries through the service, but the place still feels warm and welcoming rather than stuffy. There’s a real sense of history as soon as you walk in. From coffee in the dining room to a nightcap in the lounge, the stay had a sense of occasion. It’s old-world charm paired with modern luxury, and every detail felt thoughtfully chosen. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely come back. Belfast is lucky to have it.

The brunch for my birthday was really tasty, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff were helpful, and we’ll be back. One thing, though: please don’t put a card reader in front of me and say to pick a tip. I usually leave cash, and being asked that way made me uncomfortable. The entrance also needs a more obvious sign.
