Second Nature Belfast Hotel

Nathan made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at Room2 Belfast. He was friendly, accommodating, and gave us recommendations that really helped with our trip. The rooms were very comfortable, spotless and finished to a high standard. We also liked the cosy bar downstairs, where the staff were just as welcoming. The hotel is right in the city centre, with everything easy to reach on foot. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The weather wasn’t great, but everything else about my stay was. The hotel is perfectly placed for bars, shops and attractions, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was good value, as was the overall comfort and service. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

The location is hard to beat: City Hall is right on the doorstep, the main shopping and dining area is about four minutes away on foot, and Grand Central is an easy eight-minute walk along flat paths. We had a great Friday night stay on 30-31 January 2026. Our large loft was excellent, with a great kitchen and a sitting and dining area that would suit a long weekend in Belfast. The bar had a big selection at fair prices for Belfast. The food was tasty but nothing I’d go out of my way to try. Still, it’s handy to have the option, and the many tables, relaxed atmosphere and frequent live music made it a nice place to unwind for a few hours after exploring. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to solo travellers, couples or larger groups.

A bit of a hidden gem in the city centre. I came to Room2 to meet friends and family for the first time, and the atmosphere was really good, with live music until 8pm. The place was spotless, the staff were attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Micheal served us a lovely round of drinks later in the evening and made us feel very welcome. The food was lovely and reasonably priced for Belfast city centre.
