We paid for a reservation on December 10th and were asked for our students' certificates, which we sent as soon as we could. On December 19th, they said there was a problem with one document, so we resent it that day and they confirmed the reservation. Then, on December 24th, we were suddenly told it had been cancelled because there was no availability. Getting our money back cost us almost €9 in bank charges from the euro to pound exchange. With the trip getting closer, we now have to find somewhere else, with higher prices and fewer options. If there are no rooms available, they shouldn't be open to book and then cancelled.
