The history and atmosphere are there as soon as you walk into The Titanic hotel. Afternoon tea was worth every penny, with quality food, delicious coffee and unlimited teas. Lauren, our Host, gave impeccable service. She's a warm, friendly local who knew so much about where Titanic was designed and built. She was kind and helpful, attentive without intruding, and a real credit to the hotel. I'm already looking forward to going back. Lauren, if you see this, thank you so much for everything!

The service was amazing, and everyone was spot on. Breakfast and the bar were very good, and my room was really nice, with Aircon but no mini fridge. The chairs were beautifully made and suited the Titanic age. The attention to detail is impressive. For a slice of history, this is the place to stay. It must be a 5 star hotel.

We ate in the bar both nights, and the food and cocktails were excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The old drawing offices have been put to great use, with enough pictures and posters to spend an hour or two looking around. Parking is underground opposite the hotel, beneath the Titanic experience building. Amazing place to stay.

The food was fantastic, and the staff had that Belfast charm, with a bit of fun in the way they talked. From my first step inside, it was a fantastic stay. The architecture, history and quality of the finishing are second to none. I've stayed in many hotels around ireland, and this is among the best. Can't wait to come back. See you soon Titanic hotel.

Cameron at the drawing office bar was amazing on Saturday 21st. He made lovely amaretto sours and went out of his way to share the hotel's history and facts, even offering to show us the drawings. Please pass on our thanks. There were some disappointing moments too: at breakfast, a worker huffed behind us, which guests shouldn't have to hear, even during a busy service. At checkout, the Front desk supervisor didn't ask how our stay had been, despite my 11pm complaint to reception about a guest abruptly knocking on our door and running off while we were asleep. It took us ages to settle again. The room was lovely, but noise control wasn't great. We could hear heels passing, champagne bottles popping and occasional road noise.
