It’s cosy, warm, quiet and comfortable, with a lovely view and outdoor seating in the garden area. We got wine and milk on arrival, and fresh eggs are available to buy. The shower could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems, although the rest of the accommodation is all on one level.

We’re only on our second night and already talking about coming back. Our 13-year-old blind, arthritic staffy is acting like a puppy again and wants to explore everywhere. Two work colleagues are already planning trips here too. Absolutely fantastic, can’t recommend it highly enough. Love it, love it, love it!

The place is clean, spacious and peaceful, with beautiful views and great hosts. There are two country pubs within walking distance. One had a couple of tractors parked outside, so if the farmer goes in, the beer and food must be good! We’ve already booked another stay.

A great spot for a peaceful getaway, with everything you need. The view from the window is lovely.

The cottage is beautiful and the place is lovely. The owners are very nice, and we’ve booked to come back in June.
