For £30 a night for the two of us, I can’t complain. There’s street parking around the side and back of the apartment block. Staff were friendly and showed us to our room. It was a bit cold, but they gave us a couple of extra heaters for the night. It’s not a bad little apartment.

I spent a month at OYO Victoria Apartments and it felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well cared for, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. With the amenities and location, the stay was comfortable and convenient. I’d highly recommend it.

I was working away and found the apartment clean, tidy and comfortable for staying in. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. They should add more pots, pans and utensils. I had meal preps for the week, so I was fine, but cooking would have been impossible otherwise. I’d definitely come back.

Kim, thank you for everything you did for us. The hostess bent over backwards to accommodate us, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We booked in a rush for a work trip up in middlesborough, but the place was easy to find, parking was easy in a safe area, and the rooms were large, comfortable and private. I can’t recommend it enough.

The bed was comfy and everything was clean and tidy. It was just what we needed, about a 40 minute walk from Riverside Stadium. We stayed on a Manic night in town, the Killers. Kim did a great job from booking through to our departure. She’d had a nightmare with Booking.com overbooking her and then cancelling bookings, and had spent all Tuesday on the phone trying to fit everyone in. She even ended up giving up her own bed. We’d definitely stay there again.
