If peace and quiet are what you’re after, this park is wonderfully quiet. We booked for the sea view and weren’t disappointed. Our caravan was in the front row at E7, though all of them seem to have great views. The place is neat, with lovely scenery, ships passing and the occasional private plane from the nearby airport. It’s mainly privately owned caravans, with some rented privately, I assume through social media. Sandhills has around 20 caravans available to book, and their staff were so helpful. You can also get a ferry discount by booking through them. Our caravan was well kept, clean, equipped for six, and everything worked. We had a three-bedroom one because no two-bedroom units were available, but the price difference was negligible. It can sleep eight with the sofa bed, though I think it’s best for two adults and four kids. The twin room beds are small, so adults could use them, but it would be compact and bijou. The two-bedroom option has a bigger master bedroom and can sleep six. They provide bedding, oven gloves, a bath mat and bin bags for all the bins. The park is well maintained, with space between caravans and parking beside each one. There’s an essentials shop and a clean laundrette with well-priced machines. The private beach is down a steep slope, a walk that isn’t for the faint-hearted, and a landslip has made access a little difficult. Next door, another caravan park has a bar and restaurant you can get to easily. It’s okay, but expensive. The two nearest pubs serve amazing food and are a short drive or a nice walk away. Culver pub is uphill from the park. There’s a bus stop by the entrance for Ryde or New port, and we brought our E bikes to reach lots of great places nearby. The staff are all amazing and clearly committed to keeping guests happy. No pets are allowed, and the few children we saw were very well behaved. We’d have no complaints if you’re looking for a quiet, restful place.

The Bees Knees is a fantastic little caravan, and the park was lovely, clean and tidy. The views are fantastic, the beach access is amazing, and it’s all very quiet. There’s no clubhouse and dogs aren’t allowed, so keep that in mind when booking. The shop is a bit limited. I highly recommend this site, especially the Bees Knees.

I first stayed at the holiday park on the Isle of Wight last October, and it’s a trip I’ll remember. It was warm and cozy inside the caravan with the heater on while light rain fell outside, which felt so relaxing. The sea views are beautiful, and the location is amazing. The price was very reasonable too. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

The caravan was immaculate and in a superb spot, overlooking fabulous views from the balcony. I was ill for about four days, so it was awful having to sit out there and look at them 😂. The park was lovely, clean and well maintained. Thanks. I don’t want to recommend it too much in case there’s no availability when we want to return. Mark from Northampton.

We had a fabulous couple of weeks here. Our chalet was immaculate, with everything thought of, and we’d definitely come back. The park was spotless, with stunning views and a friendly little shop for a few last-minute basics. It may not be ideal for young families since there are no play facilities, but it’s great for a quiet holiday.
