Jillian deserves a huge thank you. After we lost our car keys, she stepped in and helped us in a way we won't forget. She was patient, warm, and incredibly kind, and really saved our backside. I'm not sure I can properly put into words how grateful we are. What could have been a stressful mess turned into something we'll remember with gratitude, and that says a lot about her and the people here. We also had a beautiful, spotless room that was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big bath and shower. You can tell care goes into everything. From beginning to end, it was a truly wonderful hotel stay. We're so grateful, and can't wait to come back.

It was baltic outside, so we stopped in during our travels to use the facilities and get a warm drink. Gillian gave us the warmest welcome, and the place had a lovely atmosphere. We'd planned to eat but had to change those plans. We'll definitely return to eat and stay. It's a gem, and Gillian is too. Thank you.

We've eaten here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The food is impeccable, and the restaurant decor and atmosphere are lovely. Couldn't ask for more. I'd definitely recommend it when visiting the area.

A very nice hotel for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful, the Italian restaurant was delicious, and breakfast was so good.

The morning buffet wasn't good. Even the silverware was dirty, and the pastries were stale, dry, and old. The hotel itself was very dirty too: our sheets weren't clean and there was a used toothpick in the bathroom. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better choices in the area.
