A basic cabin room at a reasonable price, with bunk beds and the kitchen essentials for quick, easy meals. There’s a small enclosed courtyard with tables and chairs for eating outside. Parking was easy, the location was quiet, and the birdsong was delightful. Dog friendly and good for an overnight stop.

The team greeted us warmly, and it felt like a home from home. We’ll be back. It’s only minutes from Goswick golf club, with toiletries, comfy beds, an amazing breakfast, a cosy bar area, a garden and plenty of parking. Room 7 was my favourite, with its little sitting nook. Room 3 is a great twin for my son, though it overlooks the cars. Room 6 is a family room with great cupboard space and a big TV. It has the sounds of home.

We booked an overnight stay on 21/02/26 for a visit to Holy Island. Simon and Sarah were lovely and welcoming, and even though it was the off season, our room was clean and tidy and we were well looked after. Breakfast was top notch. It’s such good value for money that I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Clean, comfortable and friendly, this is a lovely place to stay while exploring the area. It’s well placed for trips down the coast to Holy island, Bamburgh and Seahouses, or north towards Bewick.

Simon and Sarah gave us such a warm welcome and were incredibly kind and hospitable. We had a lovely stay, and the view from the windows was amazing.
