Fresh food at sensible prices, with tasty dishes and good coffee. A lovely little cafe for a break, and the staff were really friendly.

We'll be back soon. This cafe sits right by the Tweed and has beautiful views, with attentive, lovely staff and delicious food. Highly recommended.

The river views are lovely, whether you're at a ground-level table outside on the cobblestones or upstairs inside. Those indoor tables are reached by a spiral staircase. The cafe has a ground-floor toilet, and the cake and coffee were lovely. Staff were friendly too.

A joy of a place, with home baking from owner Ruth Forrest. My wife says it's the first time she's had Bakewell Tart in a men's toilet! Berwick Conservation Trust did a very good job converting the building.

We'll come back before our holiday ends. Their cheese scones, with black pepper and Dijon mustard, are the best I've ever tasted, and the cappuccino is great too.
