The regulars made me feel welcome straight away, and the whole place has that home-from-home feel. Such a warm atmosphere, lovely service too. This pub has restored my faith in people. I really appreciate them.

The garden room is a cozy spot, with a fireplace and easy access to the garden. Staff are super friendly, and the service is spot on. The food is good quality and well priced, and they can cater for big groups too. A lovely pub for pretty much any occasion.

The food was generous and really good, and the waitress was fantastic, especially while juggling other tables. I enjoyed the Sunday roast and will be back. The main is £20, though extras like pigs in blankets, parsnips and cauliflower cheese are £5 each. For two, it came to £55 before drinks or a tip, so it adds up.

The pictures on Google don't seem up to date, because inside this pub is lovely. We had fresh, homemade food, and the warm bread, ham, cheese and onion rings were especially good. Service was attentive, and we really enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. Prices felt fair for the quality. A great choice for family meals or business dinners, really well done.

A tasty Sunday roast with a good-sized portion, in a pub with a lovely atmosphere. They’re very welcoming to dogs too. Definitely recommend.
