Our BBQ wedding breakfast went down so well, and there was more than enough food for everyone. We got married at Hartsfield Manor on 24th May, and from the first visit, when we met Bethany, we felt sure it was the right place. Bethany and the whole team took care of the details and made sure the day ran smoothly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they helped make everything as close to perfect as we could have hoped. We’d choose Hartsfield Manor again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you all for giving us memories we’ll keep for life.

We’ll be back for our anniversaries. Our wedding here on 28th May 2026 was a day we absolutely loved, and seeing the venue for the first time made us want to celebrate here. Bethany was quick to reply and really understanding about what we needed. She had everything organised on the day, while Vicky, our Master Of Ceremony, kept a close eye on things. She even saved drinks and canapés for us while we were away having photos taken. The whole team looked after us and our guests throughout the day and evening.

I stayed at Hartsfield Manor for three nights over Christmas and left wishing I could stay longer. My room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed, and the shared spaces were always warm and welcoming. The place had a lovely festive feel, with Christmas decorations, plenty of character and beautiful grounds that made it feel like a proper escape. Staff were friendly and attentive, and seemed keen to help without hovering. Everything felt calm and well organised, just what I wanted for Christmas. Hartsfield Manor manages to feel both luxurious and homely. I’d happily come back and recommend it for a relaxing, memorable break.

The breakfast was the least successful part for us. Some things had run out, and the scrambled eggs were bland and a bit slop-like. Bar service during the evening was slow too, since there was only one person serving, though it didn’t ruin the night. We’d gone as a group on a deal for a one-night stay, and it turned out to be great fun. The hotel is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, and the little bits of wear and tear weren’t a problem. We upgraded to a junior suite, which felt much more like a treat than a standard room. The bathroom was a bit tired compared with the bedroom, and there wasn’t a fridge, but neither mattered much to us. It was our first murder mystery, and the actors did a brilliant job getting everyone involved. We even won. Dinner was included and decent, then we had a laugh at the disco. We also got a good table and met some really nice people. I’d stay again, especially as part of an event deal at the right price.

Anna was so friendly and respectful while serving our elegant afternoon tea for my Aunt’s 88th birthday. Bogdan the chef surprised her with a happy birthday plate, which was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely come back, thank you 😊
