We had a family group of 18, from toddlers to ninety, along with four dogs ranging from a German Shepherd to a miniature dachshund. We booked six lodges, and everyone had a great time. We’re already talking about coming back later in the year. The lodges were warm, comfortable, and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast were freshly cooked, delicious, and delivered exactly as ordered. Staff in the restaurant and bar, at reception, and around the pool were all friendly, efficient, helpful, and welcoming.

We were there for a family birthday, and the staff were wonderful across the board. Daniel, Cerys, and Felicity in the restaurant deserve a special thank you for being so attentive and making our evening. Our party of eight tried different dishes from a menu with a good variety, and everything was delicious. The rooms were spotless, and the pool and sauna are a lovely added bonus. I’d recommend a visit.

The staff at Hotel Waterloo are warm and welcoming, and the food is great with generous portions. My wife has been unwell, and they went above and beyond to make meals she could eat. We’ve stayed a couple of times now, and it’s an excellent base for exploring the area. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel food was hot, tasty, and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. A glass of Prosecco was £11, which felt a bit pricey, though I still bought quite a few. The TV in the room could do with an update so it has Netflix. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel.

We felt really comfortable in one of the lodges with our dog lucky. The dog-friendly bar was great and made lucky feel welcome too. From the moment we arrived yesterday, reception and bar staff gave us such a lovely welcome. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you 😊
