Premier Inn Farnborough West - Southwood

This is a standard Premier Inn, so you know what you're getting. We knew there was no air conditioning, but two fans were waiting in the room and were enough during the 30°+ heatwave. The location was quiet, service was great, and staff were very welcoming. There were plenty of free parking spaces. I marked the room down a little for the odd cobweb in the corners and on the light shades, though it was otherwise clean. We used the hotel as a base for Chessington, Thorpe Park, and Legoland.

The staff made the difference: they were professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, check-in was easy, and my family enjoyed breakfast. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel was easy to find and a good base for exploring the area. It's the best Premier Inn I've stayed at so far.

The location was handy, with good access to nearby shops and restaurants. Staff were welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I stayed at the **Premier Inn Farnborough West (Southwood) Hotel** last month. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with an especially comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back. Good value for money.

Reception was very helpful. I dropped some paperwork without noticing, and it was brought to our room just a couple of minutes later. The location is excellent for the exhibition centre, and the room was comfortable and in good condition, just as expected.
