The breakfast was well cooked, with a substantial hot menu and a good choice of fruit and other cold items. We enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet and making the most of the nice weather. Our room was clean and well presented, with a comfortable bed, a pleasant outdoor space for a drink, decent coffee and some chocolates. The staff were friendly without being overbearing, and were considerate of the boundaries around our service dog. A special mention to the waitress who served us, she was so friendly and personable and made us feel welcome. We just got back from a night in the terrace room and have nothing but good things to say. We'll definitely return, thank you.

The restaurant and food were superb. For our family reunion dinner party of 12, we booked the private room, and the service couldn't have been better. Breakfasts were top drawer, and our room was spacious with comfortable beds. This hotel, full of history, sits right in the heart of a busy little market town where I was born and grew up. I was back for the reunion and chose it as my first choice of somewhere to stay. It turned out to be a great decision. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was no downside to the stay. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff were polite and professional, and gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The location is right in the center of the city with easy access, and there was free parking too. We had a great evening meal and breakfast. Lovely hotel and service, we'll definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The Beverley Arms was just as friendly and helpful as we remembered from our first stay, and this time we were even more impressed by the extra things in the room, including a fridge, bottled water and chocolates. The food was delicious and breakfast portions were plentiful. Thanks for a lovely three-night stay.

We were looked after from check-in by the Reception team, and other staff were ready to help whenever we asked. The Head of House was especially impressive, always seeming to have her eye on everything while remaining charming. The hotel is in a perfect spot in Beverley, immaculately decorated and clean, and above all the staff were superb. Totally impressed.
