Phil was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us all the information we needed to get into the property. This beautiful converted barn was lovely and clean, very spacious, warm, and had everything we needed under one roof. It's in the town center, close to everything. We'd definitely recommend it and will be back in the new year. Thanks!

The owners kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was in a great location, very clean, and simply furnished but had everything for a comfortable visit. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will definitely come again.

For a visit to Beverley or nearby towns, I'd highly recommend this lovely, clean and safe apartment all to yourself. Shops and cafes are all within walking distance. The owners can be reached by email if you need them. There's a working fridge, oven, kettle and toaster, plus comfy beds and sofa. What more could you ask for? :)

A spacious, very clean and cosy one-bedroom house in an awesome location. The only downside was that it didn't have proper windows.
