My new wife and I chose the Tally Ho for our wedding and were very pleased with it as a venue in every way. The service was excellent without exception, and the food was very good, breakfast included. We're happy to recommend the Tally Ho to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

What a beautiful wedding setting. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. I imagine the bride and groom were over the moon with everything, it made a wonderful day even more memorable. Thank you.

The staff were friendly, but food choices were limited because they were short staffed. The room looked tired, and our towels weren't changed during the three nights. On the final morning, I stripped the bedding and found big stains on the mattress. Not nice to think we'd slept on that. A shame.

We had other commitments, so didn't eat at the hotel. The room was great value, very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Very impressed.

I emailed today, 20/06/19, to ask about booking a wedding for next year. The reply I got was: "Hi. I am sorry, that date has already sold. Regards, Nicky." I had asked for a brochure but didn't get one, and there was no alternative date suggested or invitation to come and view, which other venues have offered me. It doesn't seem like Nicky wants my tens of thousands of pounds for her place of work. A really appalling response.
