The house was lovely and clean, with everything we needed, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. There are dogs around the farm, but they're very friendly and mostly keep to themselves. We enjoyed the walks around the area, and there's also a children's play area with swings, a slide, a fireman's pole and a lookout with a ship's wheel. The games room is excellent, with a pool table, table tennis, table football, a cross trainer, rowing machine, weights and exercise mats, plus probably more I've forgotten.

This was our second stay. The owners, who are farmers, are incredibly kind, and my children got to feed the ponies apples and carrots. We also really appreciated the welcome basket. The cottage is quaint and cosy.

The kids had lots of room to run around, plus a gated play area and games room. The owners are very nice and let them groom and ride a horse called peanut. The units are well kept, and the area is lovely. It's good value and makes a great base for exploring nearby, including Jimmy's farm just down the road. Friendly pets and a sheep called sausage roam freely, and Sausage follows you everywhere. I'd highly recommend it.

Sue is fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Peanut, Tosca, Herbert and Polly came by regularly and were welcoming too. It's a peaceful place in gorgeous surroundings. I'd recommend it 100%.

There are several self-catering cottages, each with its own patio and garden, and lovely walks all around. It's right in the farmyard, so there's plenty going on, with dogs, horses, chickens and geese. The kind owners made it feel good for young and old. I loved everything about the place and wanted to live there.
