The cottages are beautiful, clean, comfortable and well looked after. Annie and Vicky made us feel very welcome and were happy to help with anything. The surrounding area is stunning too. I highly recommend staying here.

Annie & Vikki were so kind and welcoming. They showed us around the house and gave us tips about the local area, then took us down to feed the ducks. The kids absolutely loved that. We’re a family of four with two children under five and a dog, and there’s a nice play area for the kids plus loads of nearby walks for the dog. Everything was spotless and well equipped, and the beds were super comfy. It felt like home. The spa room was a dream, and we all left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thanks so much for having us. We’ll definitely be back. 😊

After a long day on the Coast Path, the sauna and hot tub were just what we needed. The place was clean and well equipped, and the owners were welcoming and helpful. It’s a quiet spot down country lanes, ideal for a couple walking the trail with their dog.

Lovely self-catering cottages with wonderful owners. Great for walkers, and only a short drive to the coast and beaches.

I’ve stayed here twice and need to find a weekend later in the year for a third visit. It’s spotless and up to date, and Annie, Vicky, Ian and Quentin respond incredibly quickly if anything comes up. Dogs are welcome too, which is ideal after all those long coastal walks. Then there’s a sauna and hot tub to ease your muscles after the hike. It’s also a great base for exploring the North Devon coastal path. Hartland Quay is about 10 minutes away, with strenuous coastal walking east from there. The Wreckers Inn is a good place to refresh after a hearty walk. I almost don’t want to recommend the place because I’d like to keep it to myself. Terrible, don’t book it! I need that free weekend.
