I’ve stayed here several times lately for work and always sleep really well. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are clean to a high standard and have what I need, including a good-sized bathroom with towels, a hair dryer, tea, coffee and a kettle. The reception area is always tidy, with a friendly face behind the desk. The staff make this place for me. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, is lovely and happy to help with a smile. Nothing seems too much effort for the women working here. I’ve spoken with Zoe and Vicky, I think those were their names, and they seemed to know the local area well and had good suggestions for restaurants and walks. It may not be the most modern or up-to-date Premier Inn, but I really do love staying here and can’t wait to come back.

We came up for a couple of days to see Bronte country and Haworth village, and stayed at the Premier Inn near Bingley. It was absolutely superb and very good value. We’ve stayed in supposedly posh hotels on our travels, and this place is up there with them, better than some. We’d absolutely stay again. The staff were welcoming, the rooms and bathrooms clean and well kept, and the beds very comfortable. Our spacious room had a TV, tea and coffee, plus soap and towels in the bathroom. The large bar and restaurant were comfortable too, with a nice outdoor space in well-kept grounds. There was a good range of food and drinks, and dinner, evening meals and breakfast were excellent, with something for everyone.

The people here are what make this Premier Inn special, along with the shower. It doesn’t have all the gadgets and extras you’d find at somewhere like the Birmingham NEC one, but the staff and a powerful shower hit the spot for me. I stay at Premier Inns all the time and would definitely choose this one again when I’m in the area. I was here for one night on business, and it was freezing outside when I arrived. The receptionist told me to switch on the heater and said she’d bring another if it didn’t warm up quickly. It did, but she still checked I was alright when I came down for dinner about twenty minutes later. The restaurant staff were friendly and polite, and the food was delicious. I had the festive ice cream for pudding. A bit naughty, but worth the calories!

Vicky at reception was so lovely and cheerful. She’d turned the heater on in our room before we arrived and was really happy to see us. The place was clean and comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. I’d recommend staying.

It’s a handy location for visiting friends, and the room was clean and quiet, so I slept well. I didn’t eat here this time, though I have before. The cooked breakfast was generously portioned and good value.
