The stairs are very narrow and steep, so they could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. We were very happy with the accommodation, though. It felt more like a home than a stylish place, and we were told to make ourselves at home. Hard to rate beyond that.

A really comfortable room, easy parking, and a very nice host who communicated well. We'd definitely stay again.

Louie the dog and midnight the cat were both friendly and well behaved. Tim looked after us so well and made us feel very welcome. The house is lovely and in a beautiful location, and we had a fabulous break. Thanks, Tim, for making our stay so enjoyable. We'd definitely come back. Simone and Daniel 😊

The location is perfect for the beaches, and there's free parking. The house was clean and quiet, with plenty of charging sockets in the room, a TV with a fire stick and fast Wifi. Tim was a fantastic host and catered to our dietary needs at breakfast. There's also a friendly cat who loves being petted. Thank you again, Tim. I'll stay again if I'm in the area.

The room was lovely and really clean, and I especially loved Tim's pets, particularly his dog Louie. Tim made us feel at home and was so kind to give us a lift to Broadstairs. I'd definitely stay there again.
