Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre

The room was lovely, clean and well equipped, and breakfast was plentiful, hot and clearly explained. I was really impressed with the accommodation and service. The whole team were friendly, professional and very helpful. Gurj, Linda and the reception staff quickly helped me sort out the heating settings, and Lorraine was fab at breakfast. I can’t wait to book again.

Linda checked me in and out, and her friendly, upbeat welcome was just what I needed after a five hour journey. She also gave me useful recommendations around town, and brought that same energy to checkout. She made the stay much better than I’d expected and is a real asset to the hotel. The studio room was fantastic and very clean. I stayed a few weeks ago for a gig, and the venue and other bars were only a three to five minute walk away.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, and took care of everything we needed. Linda and Garry especially made us feel at home. I’ve rarely met such caring people, and I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Our studio apartment was wonderful and spacious, close to the train station, Bull Ring and all the places we needed to be. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice. We had a wonderful stay!

Linda was just the best, we loved her. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and our room was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed. I always judge a hotel by its bath towels, and these were amazing. We only stayed one night, so didn’t use the kitchen, but it had everything for a longer visit, including a very big fridge. I’d recommend the hotel both for a short trip and for a longer self-catering stay.
