The value for money, living conditions, and location are the best around, though flatmates can be hit or miss. I was there for two months. From the Airbnb listing, it looked like the best studio, with a shared kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and private bathroom. As a Korean, I found it frustrating that they didn't replace the lightbulbs and waited a month to change the sheets. At first, it was quite hot with no air conditioning, and construction at the house next door during school break made things a bit difficult. It depends on the time of year, but it got much better after a month.
