The apartments are lovely, central, and convenient, which makes the heat even more disappointing. During our three days there, the room was unbearable unless two fans were blowing right at the bed. Even walking to the bathroom or making tea felt like hard work. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was something else, and I won't stay again unless it's winter. The bathroom was an all-in-one wet room, and water collected in the corner by the toilet. After a shower, the whole room stayed soaked for hours. It's a real shame because the location is ideal. I hope the owners can put some sort of air conditioning in the rooms.

I've stayed here twice and would come back again. On my first visit I chose the luxury one bedroom apartment, and everything was perfect, including the facilities, amenities, space, and privacy. For the second stay I booked a one bedroom apartment. It was still lovely, just smaller, and the bathroom was a little small compared with the luxury one. The main issue was that there was no divider, so water flooded across the bathroom too much.

My wife and I stayed for one night, and I plan to use this place whenever I'm in Birmingham from now on. The bed was amazing, and there was loads of space, with a small lounge and small TV. Great bathroom and amazing Wi-Fi too. They'd left bottles of water in the fridge for our arrival, a lovely touch.

The apartment was spacious, with a separate bedroom, a decent TV, a great location, and a great price. I really liked it and would definitely stay again. There were a couple of letdowns: the kitchen only has a microwave, not an electric oven, so you can't cook proper food, and one of the pink blankets had a stain, though we didn't use it.

A spotless, secure apartment that works well for two people. It's centrally located near the cathedral, and we'd definitely consider staying again on our next Birmingham trip.
