Tal made the stay especially easy, with quick communication and customer service that went well beyond what I expected. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and had everything needed to live comfortably. It's right in the centre, with plenty to see and do on foot. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham.

The landlord was friendly and really helpful, and the location worked well for our weekend. A few friends and I spent a couple of nights here and found the modern apartment clean, well equipped and well maintained. Can't fault the stay, and I'd definitely come back. Thanks!

Tal from the Onyx team kept me updated about the booking, answered questions promptly and made me feel comfortable with the arrangements. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, payment was quick, and the security deposit came back smoothly. The apartment itself was clean, beautiful and spacious, in a popular part of Birmingham City Centre. Thanks to everyone at Onyx, I'd recommend them and use them again.
