Premier Inn Birmingham City - Waterloo St

This was our second visit, and the staff were so kind when things went wrong. I became ill overnight, and they were attentive and supportive. They refunded the breakfast I'd paid for but couldn't eat, while letting me have a drink and my daughter eat for free. They even arranged for our bags to be stored at their sister hotel nearer the station, so I didn't have to walk back while unwell. Earlier, after a long, hot day, a lovely receptionist had given my daughter an ice lolly. I met four staff members in all, and every one was helpful and friendly. That level of care really stood out. We'll definitely return. Thank you so much!

We arrived late at a clean, lovely hotel, and Gary was a great help since we'd never stayed here before. Ellie from housekeeping also made sure we got the extra pillows and towels we needed, with no fuss at all. Staff like them made the stay much more comfortable.

For several weeks of work in Birmingham, I've been staying at the Premier Inn on Waterloo Street. It's comfortable, consistently clean, and in a handy spot for getting around the city. The whole team has been welcoming and ready to help. Tommy deserves a special mention. He took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and kept me informed about my booking. I'd recommend staying here for work or a break.

I went for the Fish Block, which came with four different kinds of fish on one plate. It was filling, and just right for someone like me who loves fish. There's a restaurant here, which not every Premier Inn seems to have these days. It was quiet, so getting a seat and service was easy. Had a nice pint of Aspel with it as well.
