Springfield House - Birmingham Airport & NEC

We chose this B&B for the night before our wedding and the wedding night, and it became a memorable part of the whole experience. James and Hansel made us feel at ease straight away, which meant a lot during a potentially stressful time. They gave us the entire top floor, with three rooms, so the girls had a great setup for hair and makeup. They took care over all the details and were so helpful. On the wedding morning, breakfast came quickly and was delicious, a real help at the start of such an important day. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, a calm place to get ready and then relax. We’re very grateful for their kindness and attention. We couldn’t have chosen better.

We stayed for one night before heading to Barcelona. The room was gorgeous, and the transfer service was faultless. James arranged the taxi and got up at a ridiculously early hour to make sure it arrived. He also took our car to the airport, so we could head straight home without finding our way back to the B&B. It isn’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. We’ll definitely return and would recommend it 100%.

I was here recently for a work course and would stay again. The location was really nice, parking was convenient, and there were breakfast and lunch options. The owner was welcoming and came to greet me at the door when I arrived.

Springfield, please don’t reply. I don’t care what you have to say. I cancelled more than a month ahead and got no refund, even though there was plenty of time to book someone else. I’m not threatening anyone, just leaving reviews. I believe they’re trying to get money from two bookings, mine and the new one, and aren’t sorry they couldn’t help. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE. You’ve been warned!
