Raju from housekeeping deserves a special mention. Whenever I needed towels or other housekeeping items, Raju responded promptly and professionally, always with a smile. Raju greeted me warmly and made sure I had what I needed. That friendly, helpful attitude made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and Raju’s service played a big part in making it memorable. The reception team, overall service, and cleanliness were excellent as well. I hope the hotel management recognizes Raju’s work. Employees like Raju are a valuable asset. Thank you, Raju.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It felt like a proper apartment, not just a hotel room. The team stood out even more: everyone from housekeeping to reception was welcoming, professional, and ready to help. It was my first visit to Birmingham, and my previous aparthotel stay elsewhere in the UK had been a mixed experience, so Staycity Birmingham was a great surprise. The neighbourhood is pleasant, and the location worked really well, about 15 minutes from my job in the business district. I’d absolutely recommend Staycity Birmingham and it’ll be my first choice when I’m back. Thanks to the whole team for a lovely stay.

Mavis at breakfast was a star. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she dashed around making sure everyone had what they needed. The breakfast was brilliant and great value. The staff made our family stay especially enjoyable. They were amazing and did everything they could to help. Kids are welcomed here, not treated as an inconvenience, and activities are provided to keep them entertained. Thank you! 🥰

Lovely Nima was smiling the whole time at breakfast, which made the morning feel nice. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and well stocked, and it’s a clever idea having the feel of an apartment and a hotel together.
