The Jewellery Quarter location is quite nice, and there's plenty of space, but storage for clothes is very limited, definitely not enough for two people. We chose this apartment from the two options my partner's company offered, and picked it because the listing said it had a dishwasher. It doesn't, so we didn't really have a choice. The cleaning service still hadn't come after we'd been there for over a week. The sink and bathroom tap were leaking too, and only got fixed after I complained yesterday. Three stars feels fair. It's not my first choice, but it works for a week or two.

The apartment was very clean, though one of the towels had a stain. We booked it for four people, but there wasn't enough shampoo and soap for everyone. There were loads of instructions for getting the boiler to provide hot water, and we followed them correctly without success. The sofa bed was tiny, too. My brother is 5’11 and it was too short for him.

We had a great extended weekend here, with plenty to see and do in the city and surrounding area. The location felt safe and the apartment was lovely, with a tram handy for getting into the city. There's an Ale Trail of 20 pubs within a square mile, and lots of them serve good food.

Everything was spotless, and the communication made a really good first impression. The location's great, with everything within walking distance. The hosts were accommodating and check in with guests regularly when needed.

Really disappointing service. I was told my apartment booking was all sorted, but on the day I was due to arrive they said it had already been rented to someone else. A total waste of money. My friends had the same problem. If you need a place for an important event, I'd look elsewhere, as Mint Apartments can be very untrustworthy.
