The place was spotless, honestly cleaner than a five-star chain, and the owners were warm without hovering. We came with my boyfriend, who is brown and Muslim, and we're used to mixed reactions when we travel outside London. The owners were lovely and even had really tasty pork alternatives. Parking nearby was handy, and the location worked well. The rates feel far too low for the level of service. I'd happily come back, and wish more hotels were run this well.

The suite was roomy and breakfast had an epic choice. Lorna was so attentive, and I had a lovely two-night stay. Thanks, John and Lorna. I'll definitely book again when I'm next in Blackpool.

John and Lorna are so friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. The hotel has a lovely homely feel, and they made us feel welcome straight away xx

The rooms were nicely presented and clean, and the shower was properly hot. It's all run online, with door codes and key boxes, so there's no one on site to greet you, and no bar or breakfast. Still, I had a good stay. One heads-up, the top step by the front door gets a puddle and is really slippery.

Really friendly atmosphere, and the hosts are an absolute delight. Fantastic hotel, and definitely worth the price.
