Blue Moon Hotel

The service was fab, and the lady was extremely helpful and friendly. There were good breakfast options too. The location was a problem for us with a child. It might suit a hen or stag do, but it didn’t feel child friendly. People were shouting and swearing outside for hours from 3 in the morning, so our child kept waking up and we all slept terribly. The hotel is near a karaoke bar and bars full of drunks, and the people on the road made us feel unsafe. Because of this, we wouldn’t stay again.

The bedroom had a psychedelic sheet on the wall and random things on it, like someone's room. The towels were hard and needed fabric conditioner. The breakfast plates were hot, so the food must have been kept under a lamp. My toast and breakfast were already there, the egg was cooked until solid, and I wasn't sure how long the hash brown had been kept warm. I managed the toast and beans. Nobody seemed bothered or asked if everything was okay. I went by the reviews about the rooms and breakfast, but it wasn't up to standard. I won't return.

The room was immaculate and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a great selection at breakfast too. Fantastic for the price, and it’s become our new favourite B&B. Thanks for having us, we’ll definitely be back and recommend you to anyone visiting Blackpool ♡

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. It’s a pretty standard Blackpool B&B. One thing to know: although ensuite bathrooms are advertised, the single room I had used a private bathroom down the corridor. It wasn’t shared with anyone else.
