Chaplins Hotel - Guest house

The hotel was very outdated, and the staff's customer service was awful. I stayed a few nights recently, but what we paid for wasn't worth it, and breakfast wasn't even included. I found the manager rude and disrespectful; he swore at my partner. I found the staff very rude and highly wouldn't recommend staying here. I won't be coming back, and I want my money back.

Back for another stay, this time for the whole week. The room was lovely, I slept really well, and the owner was very helpful. It can get a bit noisy sometimes, though I do sleep with the window open. I'd recommend staying here, and booking direct with chaplins gets the best price.

The location is perfect for seeing everything Blackpool has to offer. We loved the cozy feel, clean room, comfortable bed and helpful, friendly staff. A memorable stay, and I loved everything about the hotel.

Our room was basic and close to the front. I was checking out and said I hadn't eaten breakfast at the hotel when the man in charge accused me of racism. He'd been shouting at another guest who was questioning the breakfast charges. He was very rude and upset me badly. My partner had kept his insulin in the kitchen fridge and had to argue with him to get it back. The lady was lovely, but the man has no people skills and shouldn't be dealing with customers.
