Cherry Tree House

Kevin & Robert really make this place. They're professional, friendly, and happy to help with anything. We even found cupcakes in our room, which was a lovely touch. The customer service and the pride they take in the hotel are obvious. We've stayed three years running while visiting Blackpool for the Magic Convention, and have already booked for next year. The hotel is spotless, and we notice updates each time. This visit, our usual room had new decor, carpet, and furniture, and looked very classy. The newly decorated bar with its cosy log fire was another highlight. Breakfast had loads of choice and was delicious, just as usual. We've stayed in plenty of hotels and can see why this one received the Visit England Breakfast Award. It's an outstanding hotel, and the negative review must be about somewhere else. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Parking was sorted, and we had a warm welcome. The place was pristine and in great order, with a superb night's sleep and a delicious breakfast. Rob and Kev clearly take a lot of pride in making guests feel looked after, and the extra touches made our long weekend in Blackpool a real treat. It's an easy walk to the Tower and many of the main attractions. Five stars from us, and thank you Robert and Kev. Keep it up!

Kevin, the owner, was rude and made my partner and me extremely uncomfortable from the start. The room was shocking, poorly equipped, and very unkempt. I can't stress enough that I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Graham, my husband-to-be, and I had the most amazing time here. Best hotel we've ever stayed in, and Kevin and Robert were the loveliest hosts. We hope they enjoyed their present as much as we did giving it to them 🤣💖🤣💖
