Chesterfield House

We had 12 of us for a hen party, and I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms were small and disgusting, with ripped sheets and dirty beds, and we had to share small double beds. The showers only ran cold. Staff were very rude, and when one of us asked for well-done eggs, they complained that it would take longer. We were told to keep quiet, so I wouldn't recommend this for a hen or stag party. One friend arrived later and was charged £25, then refused a place to stay after they'd taken her money.

We'd been very unhappy at the Norbeck Castle hotel, so our first stay at the chesterfield was a welcome change. The room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. Tony, the owner, greeted us warmly, and the customer service was fab. Breakfast was lovely too. We'll definitely book at the chesterfield again when we come back to Blackpool.

KIm & Allan were so helpful throughout my stay, and I'll definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends. The room was in excellent condition, and I received a warm welcome when I arrived on Saturday 28 October 2017. A big thank you to you both for your hospitality. Well done. We were meant to stay from Friday to Sunday, but after spotting a bed bug on our bed, we left the next day. Don't stay at the chesterfield house on coronation st Blackpool. The owner Brian likes a good drink through the day, even though he has a business to run.
