We've already booked another visit after a lovely stay. Dawn & Dave couldn't do enough for us, and Judith served a great breakfast made the way you like it. Even the fried bread comes in shapes! The rooms are comfy and great value for money, and the location right behind the tower is perfect. A great place to stay.

We had a lovely two-night stay, with two adults and two small children in two double rooms. The linen and towels were clean and everything spotless. The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast was fabulous. The location couldn't have been better for us. We'll definitely return.

Dawn n Dave were so keen to make us comfortable, and the breakfast was decent too. A lovely little B&B, with a comfy bed.

We keep coming back to this Blackpool hotel, first when Ann and Tony owned it, and now since Dawn and Dave took over in March. The new owners are just as lovely: patient, easy to chat with, and genuinely good hosts. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value, especially given how clean it is, where it’s located, and how the owners treat guests. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was tasty and good value for the extra cost. Tony & Ann were so attentive, too. They let us arrive after the usual check-in time, and were still accommodating when a cancelled train delayed us even further. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I’d happily come back.
