Five Apartments

Everything we needed was in the two-bedroom apartment, and it’s really close to the centre. This was our return visit and everything was just right again. Holly was easy to contact and very attentive. We’ll be back, and I’d happily recommend it.

Five Apartments is only about a five-minute walk from the promenade, and Holly was brilliant to deal with before, during and after our stay. My husband and I were really comfortable there. The bathroom was fantastic, and the bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home in my suitcase! Having a kitchen area, microwave and oven was handy too, since we didn’t have to eat out every time. The apartment facilities were all great, and I’ll recommend Five Apartments to people planning a trip to Blackpool.

The door key codes were a great safety feature, and Holly was brilliant throughout. The apartment felt homely and was very clean. We’d definitely stay again and would recommend it.

Holly made sure our first family holiday with our 18-month-old son felt easy from the start. I booked through booking.com, and she got in touch directly to check what we needed. Along with the travel cot I asked for, she offered a high chair, toys and books, which was such a kind way to help him settle. She texted when we were arriving to check we’d got there safely, then tried calling to see if we’d found everything. It was reassuring to know she was just a phone call away if we needed help. We chose Five Apartments for a few home comforts, and it suited us perfectly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, clean and modern, with a little touch of luxury. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d recommend it to couples or young families wanting a relaxing break, and we’ll be back on our next trip to Blackpool.
