Tony and Adele were lovely and very accommodating when I needed changes to my reservation. The room was spotless, the bed really comfortable, and breakfast was spot on every morning. The location was ideal for getting around Blackpool. Thanks for having me.

Tony and Adele were absolutely fab and made us feel welcome from the start. We had a brilliant seven-night stay at Franklin Hotel, with spotless rooms, a great breakfast and really comfortable beds. We'll definitely be back!

Adele and Tony made our short stay comfortable and welcoming from check-in through to check-out. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients. The waitress was fantastic and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. It's a five-minute walk from the promenade, which made the location fantastic. Adele and Tony are far better hosts than at other hotels I've stayed in around Blackpool. A wee hidden gem. Thanks again, and I can't wait to stay again.

We had a lovely two-night family stay at Franklin Hotel. Tony and Adele were friendly and down to earth, and made us feel really welcome. The hotel was clean, breakfast was beautiful, and the location is excellent. Having a locked, secure garage for the car was an added bonus. Adele and Tony were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and cosy, and it was such a homely, welcoming place. My partner, our children and I loved staying here and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
