Thanks, Killead House!! The place is spacious, peaceful, private and feels like luxury. It’s easily the best accommodation near Belfast International Airport, and from now on it’ll be my first choice in the area.

There’s a combination lockbox just outside the front door, so arriving late is fine. I checked with the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful, sent directions and left some snacks as a welcome. The detached annex faces you as you drive in and is furnished to a high standard. Inside, there’s a bright, spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with good Wi-Fi, a large smart TV with Netflix and other apps, and very comfortable sofas. The bedroom has two beds, I think one double and one queen, with floor space for mattresses or travel cots for an extended family. I think there are about six parking spaces. It has what you need for a short or longer stay. Highly recommended. Contact them before booking online, as they might have a last-minute offer.

I rarely leave reviews, but Lisa and Killead House deserve one. When things went wrong, the customer service was second to none: so helpful, personable and flexible. Great value and service.

This place is cracking. Really friendly, spotless, and they even dropped me at the airport the next day. Loved it.
